Rhodes Twenty Four

Rhodes Twenty Four – the renowned Gary Rhodes’ restaurant, situated at a stunning location within Tower 42 in the heart of the City of London, with impressive views across the capital.

Since it opened in October 2003, the restaurant became synonymous with classic, stylish eating, and having been awarded a Michelin star in 2005, it fully reinforced Gary Rhodes’ reputation for exciting but traditional British fare.

As the restaurant of the ‘chef’s chef’, it was important that Rhodes Twenty Four provided the very best service to its customers. In addition to offering quality food, it also took pride in maintaining an efficient ordering system, including the monitoring and update of it’s menus. To help with this, Rhodes Twenty Four selected the Touch EPoS solution from ECR Retail Systems.

The PoS software within ECR Touch allows the restaurant to benefit from flexible screen layouts, and its intuitive operation makes it easy for the waiting staff to use without any lengthy training. Updates are easily fed by the back office system.

“The back office system also delivers detailed reports about the performance of each dish.” says Bargibant. “We use it to assess how popular certain items are, and this helps to inform our menu planning. We will also soon be adding Chip and Pin facilities too.”
