Founded in 1973 and originally suppliers of cash registers to such retailers as Harrods, we have spent the last five decades developing our expertise to offer the industry’s most tailored and streamlined solutions available in the mobile and desktop point of sale market. Today, we supply to some of the world’s best-known brands and are renowned for the quality of both our systems and our customer service.
At the start of 2016, we moved to our new offices in Kings Langley, offering state-of-the-art facilities, with exceptionally high security, and a spacious environmentally green area in which to operate and welcome our clients. We work with our own team of software developers at ECR Vietnam. A company which we acquired to broaden our development capabilities, and where all our software is produced. We never outsource and our UK and Vietnamese teams frequently spend much time working side by side either in Saigon or Kings Langley.
Our very first ticketing solution was supplied to The Cutty Sark Trust in 1991, and shortly afterwards we installed an electronic POS system into David Lloyd leisure who are still clients to this day, across the whole of Western Europe. Today our latest software is used on five continents by many blue-chip leisure, hospitality, transport, ticketing and retail organisations. We are proud of every solution we have installed and have never failed on a delivery.
